RISE
The Hollis Co. embarked on an exciting journey by taking its highly anticipated Women's Weekend Conference on the road, touring across the United States and Canada. As the Director of the Coaching Program, my role was twofold, encompassing programming and coaching representation, each contributing to the success of the 3-day live event.

Programming Role: Converting Coaching Program into Live Event Content
To seamlessly integrate the coaching program into the live event, I followed a structured approach:
Alignment: I aligned our existing coaching program materials and content with these overarching event goals, meticulously planning timing and programming to ensure that attendees could grasp and absorb the lessons being presented.
Sales and Onboarding:
Collaborating closely with the sales and product teams, I worked to seamlessly integrate the coaching program into our Point of Sale (POS) system, making the purchase process effortless for our customers.
On-site during the events, I took on the role of an educator, guiding guests through their purchase options and helping them understand the value and benefits of the coaching program.
Consultation: First, I engaged in a collaborative dialogue with the CEO and event host to understand the core goals and objectives of the conferences.
Content Design: Next, I designed content that harmonized with the messages of the guest speakers. This included creating supportive resources, conducting reviews, and organizing engaging activities to enhance the overall event experience.
Coaching Representative Role: Bringing the Coaching Program to Life
As the coaching representative, I assumed the crucial responsibility of bringing the coaching program to life at these live events.
Booth and Assets Design:
I meticulously designed the booth and accompanying assets to make the coaching program stand out, ensuring that it was both visually appealing and accessible to event attendees..
